I want to know what all of my options are as far as a new rear bumper/tire carrier go

I dont not have the technical ability to fab my own and dont feel like waiting 4-6 wks to have someone make me one.

Its made to look like it bolts onto the factory rear bumper, but if you look at the install process on that page its a way solid set up for only about $430 with shipping!!!

I know JCR makes one. I don't have the tire carrier but I have a Front and Rear bumpers and they are great bumpers.
