Do you have a brand you would recommend? What online store can I find it at?

It will just click some under normal driving conditions.

In 4wd you will lose a little turning radius under throttle

I don't recommend welding the front for a dd

Use Google and type in Dana 30 locker, most all lunchbox lockers are pretty much the same

i have a STOCK dana 35 with a detroit locker and im running 35 inch tires, (stock shafts actually) and re geared to 456s.

i killed the dana 30 first.

im selling my dana 35 only because im going to 37 military tires otherwise if i kept my 35s id keep the dana 35.

the cool thing is you can get spare parts just in case from you dana 35 haters for next to nothing

Try turning on the street with a welded front. Tire will screetch and bind.

That's what I mean by riding rough, not suspension wise.

Ahh. I missed the welded front part also. Welded rear is fine but unless you have UN locking hubs I personally wouldn't weld it. An Aussie locker isn't too expensive even if you have to save up
