more reasons: back seat with room, storage with room, better wheel base, better looking, better community.

 

I really dont understand all the hatred for Wranglers on here....

 

You forgot cheaper to buy but i wish the xj had a frame like the wranglers do.

 

Its funny how jk's are hated upon so much. Wranglers are pretty sweet. And honestly when I can afford it, I will probably get one. But the Xj is just so classic. I've only had an Xj for 6 months now and I love it to death. And the first time I saw one lifted about 4 years ago, I always wanted one. But the fact that the unlimited rubicon comes stock with d44's, lockers, and 4:10's is pretty enticing. But for now (and probably for a while) I'm an Xj guy. Also the Xj community is pretty unreal!

 

You and me both.. I would love to have one and I think they are awesome.. Having one of each would rock!

 

I like all jeeps but in all honestly, I see XJ's as cheap, "throw away" trail rigs.

wheel it hard, tear it all up or whatever, go buy another one for $500 and swap your parts onto that one and go

 

my sister has a TJ and my parents have a 4 door JK and they are both nice!

 

Ive seen it around town before. It's beat up. And I recognize it from the biga** filter

 

I drive cross country ALOT and I can drive 800mi in aday in my XJ, all I hear about from wrangler owners is 300mi and I'm done. Maybe the new ones fair better, but they have our suspension and have four doors, hey doesn't that make the new wranglers ummmmm........oh yeah an XJ with a frame.

 

If I had an Xj and a 4 dr rubi I'd be livin the dream!! Haha.

 

TJ's have the XJ front plus rear coils

JK's have a MUCH improved suspension over any other jeep. crossover, high knucke steering etc
