Windshield wiper question

So I have a 94 XJ. The base model with no electric windows or anything. I don't even have a rear window wiper. On my windshield wiper controls it just has regular speed and faster. No delay mode or anything. What I'm curious is that is this straight from factory? Or did one of the past owners put this lever in? Is there a way to get one with a delayed option? Thanks for the help.

I used to see kits in all the auto stores--when cars were cheap(a--) and that was considered something "fancy"
Most of them looked janky as hell and had a wire running to a little control module you'd bolt on to the lever for your wipers/etc.
Found this online though-looks a lot better. I bet some stores still might have the cheesy kits though
.
Of course I'm sure someone will be along to say just pull one off a junk yard cherokee

The control units I saw bolted on the the lever...with teeny tiny bolts. You'll have to pull out or by pass the controller somehow. I'm sure most of those kits have instructions, or someone will know how to do a full swap from XJ with the delay/slow speeds

There is a windshield wiper delay module that plugs in between the steering column harness and main harness, and you will need the multifunction switch.

So today I bought a couple of the modules just in case ones bad because I saw that they don't always works right and I got a full lever/turn/signal/ brights that has the delay option on it. I needed it anyway because mine is broken inside somewhere and loose as hell. Is that all I'll need?
