Back when I was a kid, and this Jeep was my old mans... If he woulda known then what he knows now, I would never have acquired it. Launching @ 3700rpm in 4hi, shifting @ 80mph in 3rd chirping tires. I really do miss being a kid. I won't even open my dirtbike wide open anymore. Lol

So your saying you made it chirp in 3rd at 80 mph in 4hi ? You must have gotten the special edition with the big block.

No, not at all, after launch I'd push it back to 2wd. Shift on the fly. 4 hi was used for launch purposes only.
