are these a good investment or just crap ??

Very good investment. Plating the frame in that area and replacing the spacer with a better aftermarket one will also help.

I did some pretty hard wheeling sunday now when I turn I have this weird shimmy/shake about half way thru the turn ..dosent matter if its left or right? Any thing I should look for? Shaked the front end down and everything is tight and also flushed the power steering fluid

Yes they are a very good investment, That reminds me I still need to order one for my XJ and a inner box spacer !

I had something similar but mine was only one way, it turned out to be a axle shaft u-joint. No promises but easy thing to check
