Wow!
That is pretty bad. I wouldn't bother with it. Unless I am looking at it wrong it's a major kink in an area that should be straight. Unless I am mistaken
But if you are set on having it fixed, shop around at your local body shops and see what they say. If they cant fix it they should be able to point you to someone who can

If you can weld, it might be cost effective. You'd have to get a donor vehicle and cut out the parts you need. I did that when I had a rusted section in my 97 and a donor 94 that was going to the junkyard anyway. It was a lot of work, but the only cost was a few drill bits and some welding wire.
Getting a shop to do it is going to be pretty expensive, and many won't want to touch it.
And then, there's the problem of other body damage that is probably also there.

I found something similar to my 92 XJ that I rescued from a wrecker yard years ago. It didn't bother the tracking or steering enough to notice and the tires wore evenly so I ignored it. Of course, I could not sell it without disclosure and who would want a wrecker yard reject??? So I gave it to a friend who gifted it to a person w/o a vehicle and she lasted a couple more years before the transmission gave out. I still slap myself for letting "Hoopty" go, as I know I would have her still on the road. Oh well, water under the bridge.
Anyway, like others have said, a lot of body shops don't want the liability of repairing that kind of damage. You might be left with repairing yourself or letting it ride as is.
Merry Christmas!

looks like it will have to go on a jig/frame puller to be pulled straight. hit up a collision place to see if it's feasible to do it. does your doors rub when opening/closing? there must be other unibody damage, a kink in the rear quarters maybe?
