Well everyone waves to one another around here, if your in an XJ. i think its awesome, and fun. sorta like when your riding a sport bike and ya wave at every other rider.

well i want to say sorry i missed one wave. I was looking at my GPS setting in direction and trying not to crash at the same time "i know driving and being distracted". Well bud in the Green XJ in Marysville WA. sorry i didn't wave back i saw you just as you were passing, but In return for my not waving back i got a middle finger out the window.

there was a thread on the wave not to long ago about how some people dont wave. im not saying your one of them. but around here where i am, i see alot of lifted jeep and non wave, i feel the people who dont wave dont wheel there rig. or if they do and still dont wave i find it almost disrespectful in a way. i wave at every jeep that i see (atleast the ones i beleave get wheeld) there are alot of ppl here with wrangles with big tires but have nvr been and never will go on a trail, i waved a older man in a very nice looking xj he didnt even bother turning his head or looking or nothing just continued to keep going straight, and it wasnt like he couldnt see my rig because he deffently could

 

down here all lifted and used 4x4 give some kinda sign when we pass, except for the parking lot pounders

 

Yeah, it's getting rarer in Virginia Beach, even among those who do wheel their rigs. I wave regardless, but seldom get one back. I ain't gonna lie, it does feel pretty disrespectful when you don't get one back.

 

we in tn usually wave at each other in passing because that is the southern thing to do.

 

I only got waves once my Jeeps were lifted with aftermarket bumper to make it obvious.

I always wave unless it was a stock WJ, WK or any of the new minivans.

 

exactly my point, i wasnt disrespecting, i was looking at my gps. hence why i posted i was apologizing for not seeing him. other then that i woulda waved, but there is no need to be an butt about it. I dont get pissed when someone doesnt wave back.

 

I hope nobody is taking offense when they dont get a wave. lol. Many times I wave and dont get a return.

 

I wave at lifted XJ's all the time, when i see them. Most of the time they wave back. Although I do get some funny looks when I forget that i'm in my Acura and wave. Usually a WTF? look. Lol.

 

My friends, many jeepers, and I are wavin like mad fools here in Ontario, I wave to any jeep, any jeep, support the brand, it's a jeep thing.

 

haha, I ALWAYS honk AND wave at other XJ's! When I don't get one back it always makes me feel like a douche, but those times that I do get a response, it's awesome!

 

i wave at most all jeeps unless i can tell they ain't wheelin and don't cae they wouldn't get it

 

yea i like to wave! its awesome. sometimes i do and they ignore or something happens.. no biggie hah. theres this lifted black wrangler in my town with pink stickers on it, assuming its a chick.

we've waved at eachother multiple times and ive always wanted to see her face to face and talk with her since i dont know another girl who drives a jeep in the area. lol

 

Haha! reminds me of these couple times i had to drive my sisters little nissan versa when my jeep was getting workd on, i get so used to waving at other jeeps and i had forgotten i was in a nissan, i waved and got this WTF? look hahaha. i just laughed it off

 

Come to panama city, Seems like every wrangler i pass has a chic in it. :-)
