I am assuming you have been disconnecting the battery when doing the clockspring?
Yes, I've been disconnecting the battery and letting it sit awhile.

I also figured worse case I'll return the clockspring if it doesnt work.

I am wondering if you have a loose connection.

I am sure there is but I'll be damned if I know where.
Here there are some things about fuses. Also about the DTC being stored.
Maybe disconnect the battery and go through the steps to clear the computer.

Also appears there is a module for the air bags under the seat.
They talk about a corrosive environment guessing just wrecking havoc on it.

I've checked fuses already but already beat you too it. First thing this morning I went to pull a apart and grabbed 2 acm from 2 different jeeps. Gonna try after I have breakfast. I've tried doing the computer thing too tried disconnecting negative awhile and also. Just disconnecting the positive, grounding it out for 30 seconds then putting the key to on. Headlights to on, headlights to off and key to off. Nada. I'll get it eventually lol. Also grabbed another cruise servo while I was there just in case for the cruise...

Replaced it from the junk yard.

But my cruise Still isnt working now. Tried the first one w/ the airbag light off and it didnt work and the second one I got today w/ the airbag light off. Still nothin . Is there a trick to get it to activate? The switch is set to on and I see cruise light up. I've tried activating it with the set button at 35- 50 mph and still nothing.

Thinking bear minimum is 40 for cruise. Take it up on the highway to see for sure.
If there is something wrong could be switch(es) are bad, a vacuum leak, or the actuator itself.
I think there is a way to check the switches with a meter but I don't know how.
