Stock steelies... I will find new wheels if I have to but I want to try to make those work because the Kevlar sidewall is a b**ch to mount haha

yea those are going to both rub and require fender trimming with stock wheels

I'd think a wise investment would be some steelies from jegs with 3.75" BS. Under $200 shipped for 4. You're going to kill your turn radius using stock rims. Spacers are another option but not much cheaper than new wheels...

No but the mounting machine at my shop has no *****...we don't do tires often so we don't have a need to fix it .... Took three guys to rotate the tire an push down enough to get it on( its that bad) plus I stuffed them on stock wheels instead of going to 10 inch wide

Novice 94 ZJ lift question
Hi,
I am a newbie to the forum and the world of Jeep builds looking for some sound advice and a shop in the mid-Michigan region that can help me. I am the original owner of a '94 Grand Cherokee Laredo, with Up-Country Suspension, that I've taken on several Jamborees. During the last one I sucked in water making a splash while puddle jumping, an expensive lesson to be sure. Those experiences gave me an itch that I now have the resources to scratch.
The first projects that I would like to to undertake are: 1) a Reubicon Express 4.5 lift kit and, 2) an ARB Safari Snorkel, which I understand will require that the ABS Controller be relocated. I don't intend to breath any more water. Are there any other issues with either project that I should be aware of and is there a good 4x4 shop that can help in my area?
Thanks, perhaps I'll see ya on the trail.

Well I can't find a set of 31s in my budget, can't find any used ones. So my jeep with a 3'' lift is going on 235/75-15 goodyear wrangler radials. I hope this thing doesn't look retarded lol

It will, I drove mine like that for a year, it'll just make the day you finally put bigger tires on that much more awesome.

For what its worth I'll be running the same size on my 3" lift prolly for a few months til I have the cash for a bigger set. I'm going to go ahead and get them mounted on d-windows with more offset...at least that way it won't be so tall'n'skinny...

I'm stuck trying to choose between these two tires...

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes
Both 31x10.5x15.. I would obviously like the MT/Rs but if they're going to be terrible for on-road driving I'm not sure.. noise isn't really too much of a factor, but would the MTRs be a LOT louder than the ATs?
