Hey I got a 4.5" lift, and want to relocate my track bar, anyone know off the top of their head how far over to drill the new hole

You can still run the 8" wide rim. It works fine and will hold the bead better if you plan in ever airing down to go offroad. The 10" wide wheel will give you a wider stance and cost more... That's about it. I ran 33x12.5's on an 8" wide rim no problem.

The cost difference between a 235s and 31's is very minimal. Im guessing $40 - $50 difference tops. Why spend that money on 235s knowing you are always going to be wanting 31's? If you are like me, and probably many others here, you would end up replacing them with 31' long before they actually wear out thus actually costing you more money over the whole project.
I say bite the bullet and get what you want and if you dont have the funds make due with what you have till you can save the cash.

33x12.5
I just put in a 4.5 inch rc lift in my 96 new to off roading i have 33x12.5 going on 15x10.5 4 in bs rims will they fit without rub? And nh law says i need flares that cover cant really afford the $400 bucks anyone know of cheaper?

Might consider 15x8 if you haven't bought them yet. And no you'll have to do some trimming.
