I know that everyone says not to, but my leafs aren't saggy as far as I can tell so I'm thinking that'll keep the AAL better for longer... Saving $200 if possible would be nice.

Bc you have more air flowing under the jeep. Your getting worse mpg's whether you notice or not also... Sounds silly. But it's the truth.

Any weak component will show itself after you lift your jeep. That's just the price you pay when doing this sort of thing

How long have you had it in? How hard have you been on it? What was the condition of the pack before hand? I dd'd my 3" aal for a year and it slowly settled to about 2.5". Leaves were sagging before. Two round trips to home depot for concrete and decorative blocks, each about 250-300 lbs, and the packs were flat again at .5" of lift.

If you want taller suspension that behaves like taller suspension, get taller suspension. Don't try and make short suspension act tall or it WILL get ruined.

Been two years now. my leafs looked good before, so it really depends on the condition and whether you're sagging or not. I got a buddy at work that wants to AAL, but he has almost no spring in the back. Obviously a bad idea. I got my leafs from RC, their suspensions are known for being a stiff ride, I do get on it good too.

To me, personally, the extra $200 would be worth it to know my rear springs were as new and functionally matched as the fronts.

Its more like you can hear the drive line and drive system components more not really wind noise, and of my wheel turns a little bit to a side its a different tone

Looking for some thoughts. I have an intermittent wobble driving at 60mph and a slight vibration. I suspect the vibration might be from my TC after doing a 3" lift and the wobble might be from my tires, cause I'm pretty sure I threw some weights. Anyone else experience something similar?

Get rid of the weights and get some dynabeads or some airsoft BB's to balance your tires. Never worry about having them balanced again.

How do those work/ what are they? I've never heard of those and they would probably help because I'm running 32's unbalanced and it's annoying to stay under 42 mph

They are beads that go in your tires that use the centrifugal force to balance.

A plastic bottle is NOT a tire. The beads are definitely going to settle at the largest diameter point in the tire. Just like water settling in the lowest point. Maybe it works but my knowledge of physics makes me very skeptical.

On a completely different note, my RE lift never settled and the front always looked like a redneck race car. I had asked here before about spacers and finally put 1/2" spacers in the front. I didn't think 1/2" would be noticed but looks great now. If I ever get it armor'ed up and it settles I'll just remove the spacers.
