About a year ago I lifted my 98 XJ with RC 3" lift coils and AAL's. Of course now, a year later the AAL's are sagging to the point where it just looks bad. I keep in the hatch area a full size spare and a sub box. I do not want to put the wheel up on the roof. I am looking to replace the leaf pack with a lifted replacement leaf pack.
The question is if I want a nice level look should I go with 3.5" lift leafs or 3" lift leafs given the extra weight i want to carry in the hatch.

I would look at OME, IRO, or Rusty's leaf springs. I would probably go with a 3" leaf pack, they will sit a little higher than that new. Even when they settle to 3" the rear will still be a bit higher than the front, so the weight in the rear will have you about level. You can always add a bit of height with a lift shackle if you need to bring it up a bit.
Typically to sit level you need to lift about .75" more in the front than back, so don't get a 3.5" leaf if your coils are 3" unless you want more rake than stock.
Edit: I just noticed your location. Rusty's shipping might be the cheapest for you...

If you want to sit level do not get RE 3.5 leaf springs! Those will sit at least 4.5" in the back regardless of how much weight you put on them according to most people who've put them on.

Ok great! thanks for the reply. I found a guy locally who is selling a 'Zone' brand 3" leaf pack.. have you heard anything about them as a brand?

Just check prices for different 3" leaf packs online Vs. locally. Several places offer free shipping online and you also don't have to pay sales tax. Also, some local 4x4 shops gouge pricing considerably. Whats he asking for them?

I'll never buy leaf packs again after making my own bastard pack. Alot cheaper and you can put your leafs in a custom order to get a stiffer ride, or softer ride, or more whatever you want.

Orrrr you could put together your own packs for like 50 doll hairs and a few hours of your time (or more if you go slow like i do).

Are they brand new or used? If they are new, AND come with the bushings then this is a great deal (about $280 off their website). If they do not come with bushings it'll cost you about $50-60 for a decent set, and for that price you can get them offzone's website...

These are new and I'm not sure about the bushings. I will ask. thanks for your guy's help! Yea.. making a bastard pack is not somethin I am interested in either. I should have joined CF a long time ago!
I think when I go to replace my sagging leafs I might through a 2" shackle and 2" spacer on the front. That will bring up a whole host of issues I'm sure.. I'm pretty positive i would need an adj. track bar/sye/relocate brake lines.. blah blah. I'm wanting to fit a 32" tire with my factory flares and without trimming.

I still have to trim my flares a bit and modify them to go back on, but gotta bedline it first. Check out my build thread to see how it looks.
BTW, at 4" in the rear and .75 TC drop I run out smooth. (The TC drop was on my XJ when I bought it "stock"...)

And a tip for you being at the same lift height and tire size as i am.. Cut the fender and flare off below the header panel and reinstall your bumper caps. You'll thank yourself after you take it out a few times.

I have a 3" Zone Offroad Suspension lift (Add a Leaf, Coils, Shocks) and I am in the ballpark of buying new tires. I've done a little research, does everyone think 32 inch tires will be my best bet in looks and performance?

IMO i would just go with 33's and cut your fenders.. which is what i'd of done if my right front fender hadnt been hit so many times 32's are nice, but honestly you'll wish you went with 33's eventually. Are you wanting to keep the stock flares? What wheels will you be running?
