3" that stuff won't make them sag.

The question is if I want a nice level look should I go with 3.5" lift leafs or 3" lift leafs given the extra weight i want to carry in the hatch.

If you want to sit level do not get RE 3.5 leaf springs! Those will sit at least 4.5" in the back regardless of how much weight you put on them according to most people who've put them on.

I would look at OME, IRO, or Rusty's leaf springs. I would probably go with a 3" leaf pack, they will sit a little higher than that new. Even when they settle to 3" the rear will still be a bit higher than the front, so the weight in the rear will have you about level. You can always add a bit of height with a lift shackle if you need to bring it up a bit.

Typically to sit level you need to lift about .75" more in the front than back, so don't get a 3.5" leaf if your coils are 3" unless you want more rake than stock.

Edit: I just noticed your location. Rusty's shipping might be the cheapest for you...

Oh yeah, for some reason I always forget to mention Zone when recommending springs, lol! Yeah, they're good.

Just check prices for different 3" leaf packs online Vs. locally. Several places offer free shipping online and you also don't have to pay sales tax. Also, some local 4x4 shops gouge pricing considerably. Whats he asking for them?

I'll never buy leaf packs again after making my own bastard pack. Alot cheaper and you can put your leafs in a custom order to get a stiffer ride, or softer ride, or more whatever you want.

Are they brand new or used? If they are new, AND come with the bushings then this is a great deal (about $280 off their website). If they do not come with bushings it'll cost you about $50-60 for a decent set, and for that price you can get them offzone's website...

Not everybody want to build bastard packs. I had no desire to. My main leaf was shot beyond salvage anyways.

I just wanted something new and reliable I could bolt in and forget about. OME's...

These are new and I'm not sure about the bushings. I will ask. thanks for your guy's help! Yea.. making a bastard pack is not somethin I am interested in either. I should have joined CF a long time ago!

I think when I go to replace my sagging leafs I might through a 2" shackle and 2" spacer on the front. That will bring up a whole host of issues I'm sure.. I'm pretty positive i would need an adj. track bar/sye/relocate brake lines.. blah blah. I'm wanting to fit a 32" tire with my factory flares and without trimming.

I'm at 4.5" front and 4" rear. I have 32's on it and will be running stock flares...I did a little trimming. I basically cut everything off up to the flare mounting holes front anf back. I also flared it out a bit on the bottoms.

I still have to trim my flares a bit and modify them to go back on, but gotta bedline it first. Check out my build thread to see how it looks.

BTW, at 4" in the rear and .75 TC drop I run out smooth. (The TC drop was on my XJ when I bought it "stock"...)

I personally dont see the point in spending an extra $200 bucks if you dont have to, which is a good bit of money in this day and age. Your main leaf doesnt have to be in perfect condition for a bastard pack to work either for anyone wondering, the only way the pack wont work is if your main leaf is literally ****ed (as in a bent leaf) otherwise it'll work just fine. My leafs were inverted over an inch and i'm sitting at a perfect 4.5" in the rear and 5" in the front, with a pack that rides great and will out articulate most packs you get from popular lift manufacturers. And i did it all for 50 bucks.

And a tip for you being at the same lift height and tire size as i am.. Cut the fender and flare off below the header panel and reinstall your bumper caps. You'll thank yourself after you take it out a few times.

I have a 3" Zone Offroad Suspension lift (Add a Leaf, Coils, Shocks) and I am in the ballpark of buying new tires. I've done a little research, does everyone think 32 inch tires will be my best bet in looks and performance?

IMO i would just go with 33's and cut your fenders.. which is what i'd of done if my right front fender hadnt been hit so many times 32's are nice, but honestly you'll wish you went with 33's eventually. Are you wanting to keep the stock flares? What wheels will you be running?
