Your best option to ensure you get the proper length shocks is to remove your front shocks and cycle your suspension so you can get the proper extended and collapsed length. Then look on bilsteins website a d compair your measurements with their shocks offered and get get ones closest to your measurements

How important is it to have shock eye bushing sleeves for a bolt to go through?

^this.

Measure... Measuring is the only way to do it.

Sure, someone could say you need 10 inch travel shocks but those may not work as well on yours. There's too many different variables.

With BS less is more...the smaller the number the more they stick out. So 3.75" will stick out more than 4" (by 1/4"). Its fine.

They're on the stock studs. I put the tab on the stud and it fits pretty tight. I'm going to guess 1/2" lol

Estimate delivery is 5/20?! Need to look some where else

Do I need larger brake lines for a 3 inch lift? If so what is the cheapest option?

Yes and no to answer your question Yes you need a longer line however most lifts come with a. Line relocation bracket. So you can keep the stock lines however your rear line will be tight when you cycle the suspension. I am running stainless braided lines for a 6-8" lift on my XJ with a 3.5" lift but I got them for free from a buddy who didn't use them on his XJ stainless braided lines usually run in he 130-150 range for all 3 lines when it comes to braking never go the cheapest route.
