Rough country leaf packs
Anybody have any experience with the RC 4.5in X-series kit? Got the full leaf packs instead of AAL. My question is did the leaf packs fit? On my jeep today when installing it I held the leaf pack up to bolt it in and from the rear shackle to the forward mounting point the leaf is about 3in too short. In fact the two leaf packs I got both look different. One is about 1in longer than the other and the arc when sitting flat on the ground is slightly higher than the other. Even the bushings on one end are different. Im wondering what the leaf packs were like for someone else who got this kit. They dont fit and they are two different packs. Im guessing they sent me the wrong parts. But I was curious how well leaf packs are supposed to bolt up. Do the bolts align pretty well with the mounting points or do I have to compress the packs to make up for the length im short on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

How did it bolt up? Just fine. 6 months later all I had was 1.5" of lift using this: Measured to the first seam or bend above the flares. The stock distances are:
22.5" front
25" rear
Subtract from what you measure and that is theamount of lift.

RC sucks. They sell products that they know are inferior, and if you ask about them, they try to sell you more of their products to fix the issue.

I'm getting new tires this week (size 32x11.50r15) and I can't decide between the Goodyear wrangler M/T-R's with Kevlar or the Bfg Km2's. I do alot I street driving though because it's my DD so which tire has better road wear and street manners?
