Try and find some used. I see wheels all the time on CL. Usually sold with worn down POS tires. You could even talk em down, saying you don't really want the wheels or tires (one or the other), lol. Get them down on price.

Do you have stock axles though? Those 36x13.50 swampers are gonna be pretty heavy... and big.

That D30 will probably not like 36x13.50s so much. You'd have to be real delicate with it I'd imagine. Lol.

Why so big?

I can't see what year he has but even if you got an 8.25 rear 36 are pushing it...and the d30 especially if either are locked. Id get an 8.8 rear and a 44 front instead of chromoly shafts, because even if its the toughest beefiest 30/8.25 in the world...at the end of the day, its still a 30/8.25...and they can only go so far

Ya I will need to be somewhat careful with it got a few buddies running 35s on their d30/8.25 and so big because I want an even number tire unlike the 35. On the upside Ill have the biggest tires on a XJ in town lol but dont really care about that just a bonus until my buddy puts 37s on his.

Will stock shocks work with a 2" front 1 1/2" rear lift?

Then your springs are always compressed, and your shocks are always maxed.

I have 4.5" lift with 33x12.5x15 Baja claws. It's time for new tires I kinda want ones that are 13.5" wide but i would do 12.5 too.
Suggestions will be greatly appreciated

33s? I think Interco makes a 33x13.5, but I don't know of any others. Your options in 33x12.5 are many.

What terrain? Street? Weather conditions? Mud, sand, water crossings, rocks?
