This is more of a confirmation. Plan to eventually lift my zj 1.5-2'' just want to run 30s. I know if you lift an xj that high, you don't have to change anything else. Is that still relevant in a zj? I'm 99.9% positive.

You shouldn't have an issue with much. Maybe you'll rub on the big freaking plastic bumper when you turn, other than that you'll be fine.

I can order all the parts for the 3.5 kit but with the 4.5 coils substituted and with my 8.25 u-bolts substituted for cheaper than just going and getting the 3.5 kit
since my bumper wont be added until next spring I think I may just wait and see how it turns out.. if anything I can always buy the springs cheap and I'm sure someone will buy the 3.5 coils for their custom lift

I was just curious since I hear about people having such higher rear lift than the front. plus I plan to add an xrc winch bumper/winch and didn't want the front dropped down so much

Hey guys. Just installed a 2.5'' OME lift on my 99 XJ. Now Im in the market for tires and would like some feedback on sizes. Because I like my painted ECCO wheels I understand I may need wheel spacers to avoid rubbing the LCA with 31x10.5x15s. I also don't want to trim until I have some flat fenders, which may not be for awhile.
My question is will 31x10.5x15s fit without rubbing an ungodly amount on the LCA or fenders?
Thanks.

Ok so I wanna run 36x12.5x15 TSLs on the rear and Q78/15 TSLs up front with only 3.5" lift suggestions or concerns? Will be swapping 8.8 rear end with 4.88 gearing in both axles soon.

Yes I have two 36s laying around and I want an even number tire lol. Do you think the d35 would last on the road for a while before I can do the swap? The q78 is a 35.5 so I figure itll be ok as I know alot of ppl run 35s on the D30

2 different tire sizes is dumb for 1.
And 36s on a Dana 35 brings a few things to mind: mall crawler, retard, and boom...to name a few

I'm planning on running 33s on a D35 temporarily until I do the 8.8 swap and THAT makes me nervous. Heavy *** 36" swampers? Bad idea.
