That link does raise a question though. Since I have a 8.25, do I have to get different U joints than the ones that come with the SuperRide kit?

Thanks man but that kit is without dampers. Plus, I'd have to ship to me instead of a store (timely and difficult due to my apartment living).

my question;
i want to do a 4.5" lift on my XJ.. BUT, are full leafs worth $200+ more than a AAL kit? im not going to become a hardcore every weekend beat up my jeep on rocks kinda guy

The only reason I put them on there in the first place was lack of funds for full springs. The only downfall I see to them anyway is that they'll wear out pretty quickly. Oh well. I'll get full springs when I can afford it. Not very high on the priority list for now.

My little DD has an AAL in it. I'll consider myself lucky to get 2 years out of it.

the dakota MT's from pepboys; anybody puncture sidewalls easily? id buy them because they're cheap enough but i dont want a tire to blow out on a rock or stick..
