I'm putting a junkyard lift on... I'm getting add a leafs in the rear and I'm gonna use v8 grand cherokee coils in the front. Here's the question.... Should I get new shocks in front and rear?

You're doing a bastard pack in the rear? Or you're buying add-a-leafs from a store?

If I have a saging and warped set of rear leafs can I still use them for a basterd pack or should I not bother?

All you use is the main leaf and maybe the smallest leaf from the Jeep so yeah, you don't need to get a while new leaf pack. Mine were sagging when I did my bastard pack and now 6 months later it's still fine.

I want a lift only abiut 3-3.5, my dd. I wheel about once maybe twice a month, what kind is decent, rc, re, rustys, zone? I want one with new control arms if possible. Any one like to help out,? There are so many threads about this and they quickly turn into a whole diffrent conversation. Just need sine input..

I am new but from the research I have done and people I have spoken to Zone is the way to go.

In all seriousness, RE is probably the best kit. You would be fine with zone though. I wouldn't reccommend rusty's or rough country.

Agreed.

Zone is the best budget kit. A step up would be Rubicon Express or Iron Rock Offroad. If you have big bucks, you can't beat Clayton and Rock Krawler.

Yes and I read zone is the little brother of bds. Eventually ill build bigger. Isaw that its not to good going too big too fast. Don't know how true it is but but I know ill need to get a sye and whatnot when I do go bigger. So I guess zone it is.. thanks everyone!!

Yep, Zone is BDS without the warranty. I've heard stories that they aren't so good about honoring the BDS warranty, though, so I'd say it doesn't matter.
