Correct, probably more precise too. I understand that stock would be 6".
I sit at 11".

Yea this is the way to measure. From top of axle tube to the bottom of the frame/unibody rail.

Measured from center of wheel to bottom of fender is 20". Stock is 17" correct? So right around 3" lift roughly. I'll get a better measurement when it's not raining

Good deal. Maybe cross reference that measurement with the axle to framerail measurement. Top of axle tube to bottom of frame rail, at rear bumpstop.
6" is stock from what I have been told.

In the front yes. In the rear it should be 6.75"+-0.5"

I went with Rusty's 2" springs and AAL... not installed yet though. Also going to install JK shocks with a BPE up front.

I'm sure this has already been asked before but I was wondering what are the largest tires I can fit on a stock XJ? I was given a brand new set of 245-70-R16's but I'm not sure if they'll fit without rubbing. Thanks!

So just did my lift. Now my steering wheel is not centere at all and kind of annoying. I obviously have to take it to a basic alignment shop. Will they fix it or will I need to do it. I did not touchy steering for the lift install just the track bar
