Question for anyone out there. Holidays are coming and I'm about to lift my jeep. Going with the 2 inch Rubicon express lift. Will I need to get a drop pitman arm or will stock work since I'm not going with a big lift?

Trans/tcase are deciding factors. Not years.

not a hundred percent on which would work 'best'. i'd just get one from a jeep with the same trans/tcase as yours. 231/AW4. I'm sure the answers are a quick google search away but i'm busy at the moment. lol

Default Currie Leaf Springs

I bought a set of 4.5"Currie Leaf springs from a knowledgeable source for my 99 Sport. didnt get a good look at them, they were in open when picked up, we slid them into feed bags and he loaded them into my 04 Malibu for transport. When I went to unload them, they weighed a ton. Looking at them, there are 12 leaves with 2 mains wrapping around the eyes on the ends. Was starting to wonder if they would flex at all under an XJ with all that steel. I called the seller who was handling for another party, he said they were only used for a year on an XJ and flexed good on trails.
Im thinking these will be too stiff for on road driving, feeling every bump, and not flex enough for mild trails.
Any one know how these will perform or have experience with this spring pack from setup? They look similar to this in thickness, but not as bent. Am told they are for XJ.

Once I'm finished I'll have a 3" lift.. and plan on getting 31x10.5 Tires.. What size wheels should I get 15x7 or 15x8 .. ? I've read 3.75-4" Back Spacing works best?? These are what I'm looking at buying something like these or Summit Racing brand wheels..
