meh, 80 bucks for leafs isn't bad. if your saving your money for new leafs then idk if rusty's is the way to go.. consider RE, or Zone is a bit cheaper, i think..

check amazon or serious offroad for Rubicon express leafs. I've also heard good things about old man emu leafs, but I think they are more like 1.5" or 2". Zone us supposed to be ok. I would stay away from used leafs myself.

Looks like a 6" is overkill seeing i already pulled the stock flares for BW flares
Amen,
it's funny to hear some comments , ie buddy just roll your 70,000 mile 2001 4x2 XJ off a cliff & buy a 4x4 with the insurance claim.
Some others suggest to just keep it bone stock and just keep it showroom OEM clean as if it's a collector car like James Dean's 918 Porsche
Fun to hear folks give their 2 cents.
Got my 2 cents worth of opinions already

2" blocks vs shackle boost on top of full leaf ?
I read that blocks cause wheel hop, what about the change of angles on blocks ?

How high would you go w/ 33x1250 flat flares on RWD for looks ?
Here is a few XJ's with different BW flares that would look like mine after lift and soft 8's with 33s.
They look like 4.5" with BW flares. Napier are nice for about $200 vs $500 BW.
Hard to pull off value lift with stock flares that want to rub 33's.
To be honest, i don't do budget value buys on my sportscars i just break the bank, i don't want to go overboard on 4x2 that i drive 2000 mile a year in the rain. So i guess it's the principal, not the pocket book.
I was going to trade in the RWD XJ for 4x4 XJ, but i just traded an old Integra to make space in the driveway.
I should probably slow down, but the TJ looked real nice on the dealer lot
My real point, if just for myself, was to show a 2wd @ 6" was greater angle than a 4wd @ 4" since that's about where it might be an issue, all other things being the same. If you use the exact length I'd guess it wouldn't be much different since the run or much greater than the rise in any case.

Is the top 35 tire and bottom 32"
pics are misleading, both look good, anybody recognize forum member with steel blue with soft 8's or D windows steelies ?

If your tires are brand new then you have very little time with the casting pins to determine the wear and adjust pressure. There are other more tedious methods but the casting pins are fabulous... fabulous.
