Okay noob question, that I kinda know the answer for. This is the PA on my girlfriends 98xj:
It vibrates a little on acceleration up until about 40mph.
Is this something I could resolve with some 2° shims?
Jeep doesn't and will never see anything more than a gravel road, so I'd rather not have to do and sye.

If one wanted to go up in tire sizes to make his rock crawling abilities happen, what would be the best tire size 35" or 37" and what axles would I need to run that big of tire?
Looking for the best but cheapest (junk yard swap?) solution. Went to Gulches this past weekend and could not do 3/4th's of the trails they had due mostly to clearance issues. Running 33's right now. Most those guys were running anywhere from 35's to 40 something inch tires.
I forgot to mention I have a set of 4:56 gears that I am going to install (hopefully in the next month or so) so I think if I went up to 35" tires those gears would be fine for 35's. Can you run 35's on stock (Dana 30 and Chrysler 8.24) axles if you upgrade the shafts (chromoly?) ?

I've been without my 01 XJ for about a year and miss it too much, so I'm picking another one up next week. I'm planning on a Rusty's 4.5" lift and 32x11.5x15 tires on a set of 15x8 Pro Comp window-D wheels, which I'm sure is a popular setup around here.
A buddy of mine is running a set of Kenda Klever MTs and swears by them. I'm considering them since they're only $600 a set. Does anyone have any first hand experience with these and what did you think?

I am runng Yukon 4.56's, Ten Factory front chromo's, Lokka lockers front and rear, rear disc brakes, and Solid diff covers. That's pretty much how built my axles are and I was running with the hard group. Post up on GATR or message Clark123456 on there. He is looking for motivation to sell his built D30/8.8 - 8.8 is set up for a TJ so you would just need to add leaf perches. He has Yukon grizzly lockers in both, 4.88 gears, Alloy chromos up front, Vanco big brake kit on the 30, and discs and Artec truss on the 8.8. He'll also want to sell his beadlock wheels and 35" blue label tires, but I wouldn't buy those. That combo is too heavy for me and I haven't had a problem with my regular steel wheels and claws at 10 psi. He offered me a good deal on the wheels, axles, and tires but I don't need any of it. I'd run the Yukon locker up front, but I'm just waiting until I can build 1 tons of my own.
