Yes, your drive shaft should point directly at the t-case output.

I have an 01 cherokee. Put a 3 inch zone lift on about a month ago. Was getting vibes staying at 20 mph so I did a 1 inch transfer case drop. Fixed it until I reach about 55 mph then the vibes come back. I'm just gonna go ahead and put an sye kit in. I have a few questions and would really appreciate some help. Can anybody point me I'm the right direction for a good affordable kit. I see them on ebay for 210. Also I've heard the front drive shaft for an xj will work with the kit. Is this recommended? Any way I can save some money cause I didn't originally price this into my build cause I didn't think I would need it lol. Last will I need angle shims with the sye kit. From the research I've done it seems with the cv drive shaft you want the pinion angle to be almost coming strait out of the differential. Thanks for reading and thanks to any body who can help!

Here is hoping I get enough hours in before the offer ends. My homemade TC drop was suppose to be a temporary thing, but it has been in for a while now I am also going to gain another 3/4" when I make my shackle relocation brackets so I will really need it now

'96 Up Country W/Moab Wheels: Biggest Tires?
OK, so 5 years ago I needed new tires, and found a set of Moab wheels. Figured that was the time to put them on.
I'd been running 255/70 15s, and they were fine ... no rubbing.
The MOAB wheels had worn-out 275/75 16s on them when I got them. I put them on the old Jeep to see how they looked, and they were awesome! Rubbed, though.
I ended up with 245/70 16s on it. They're a bit taller than the 255/70 15s were, but skinnier. Don't like them.
They're about worn out now, and it's time to put some ManTires on that thing! What are the biggest tires I can fit on there without rubbing, or only needing a little BFH massaging to get them not to rub?
Pics are of the super bad 275/75 16s.

Probably been asked a thousand times but what extended REAR brake line (looking for a factory swap) for a 1988 Cherokee? D35 in the rear. Thanks!
I've heard possibly YJ, Dakota, etc.

Yes, YJ is a few inches longer. How LONG of an extension you want depends on lift. Each original application is good for certain lift, or rather axle droop.

Bro if you want some man tires you want a 4.5 inch lift with 33 12.50's or 35's hahaha. If you wanna fit some 30's you could get a budget booster lift pretty cheap and really easy to do. But Im not 100% sure what you can run stock without running, I know eventually you rub on the control arm and not the fenders I want to say that's at around 30's, which then you need the proper back spacing.

I'm pretty much done piecing together my lift stuff.

Those moabs look great on their though and I'm sure you don't want to get rid of them. So grab yourself a set of hubcentric spacers like Spidertrax
Amazon.com: Spidertrax 1.25" Wheel Spacers, 5x4.5" Bolt Pattern, Aluminum - Pair 1984-2012 Jeeps (See More Info) # WSH002: Automotive
1.25-1.5" spacers will do the trick nicely. Just make sure they are HUB-Centric and not LUG-Centric.After that, if you don't mind trimming your fenders you can run 31's with no lift, just make sure you bumpstop properly as well. If you don't want to trim, you may as well start looking for lifts. 2" BB lift will fit 30x9.5 tires, and 3" lift will fit 31x10.50 tires.

Don't forget e-brake lines.
I understand that 4" lift leaf springs on stock shackles will offer a very firm, possably harsh ride. Wouldn't a 2.5" or 3.5" pack, coupled with extended shackles provide a better ride and increase articulation?
Iron Rocks makes shackles that give 3/4" lift.
