The leaf packs are flat because of the crappy extended shackles after trying to stretch them as they compress out.

So do you recommend getting new leaf packs and reusing the add a leaf? That is if it even has an add a leaf or is it just shackles? Also should I keep these shackles or what do you guys recommend? Thanks.

New leaf pack is always preferable. You don't have an add a leaf. Keep old shackle if you want. Just remember it will add height if you get a new leaf pack. If it's a 1in shackle and you get new 3in springs, you will get 4in of lift from stock height.

Why.
Because we don't know what YOU want. You lookin for 9"of lift. 44" tires. Maybe slam the jeep inches off the ground.
See where I'm poking at. What are you looking to accomplish

No I like it where it is at, I would just like to replace everything that is not functioning as it should be. I was looking at the Heavy Duty replacement leaf spring packs sold on quadratec but I'm not sure if I even have an add a leaf on there now or just shackles.

Where the leafs attach to the axle you will have 4 leafs. From the rear it looks like only 3. Here are the stock ones I took out of mine.

You have a budget lift. Shackles and probably spacers, forgot what you said. And yes, your overload/smallest leaf looks like it's missing. You can do HD replacements from many places not just quadratec.

Just replace the spring packs with new stock ones. Personally I wouldn't use hd units. I had a set of crown stock height hd springs on amy previous xj and they rode stiff as hell. I sold the jeep a few months later, the ride might have improved after the springs had more time to settle.

I ask because extended shackles will stretch em out some and may soften them out. Stock leaf risk bowing again fast

Nah, I had a 2" terraflex coil spacer/shackle budget boost. A woman rear ended me and bent my factory leafs so I replaced them with HD since they were about the same price.

So OP there's your choices, regular leafs and risk some bowing, as I encounter that with my leafs and shackle lift years ago, or go HD leafs and have a stiffer ride. Our get full leafs 2" lift from OME

Shackles for Rough Country Full Leaf
When I did my lift I had intended on.. and ordered.. the AAL. Once I saw how flat my leaf springs were I decided to order the full set. With the full leaf replacement the stock shackles are to short. The inside gets full thread and bolt is flush with top of nut. The outside is a little different. Probably just over half way through. I want to replace the outside at least. Is there a direct fit replacement ? It only needs about 1" more length.
