The correct adjustment is whatever sets your castor where it needs to be, but there is a chart somewhere that lists approximate lengths based on lift height.

100 miles and no problems? Well then I wanna vouch for the JK Rubicon shocks! They've been sitting in the back of my XJ in a box for a year and a half and they're just like new! 5 stars

Come on man lol

Did not say I wasnt going to put a dropped pitman arm on it. Its in the cards soon but I have not had the time to do so yet and really had no problems at all. The angle is a bit much for my liking but that did not stop me from doing some medium duty wheeling this weekend. Had the new tires and could not help myself. I will be installing and SYE, pitman arm, and a some other odds and ends soon enough. By the way the Shackle angle is fine.

Contrary to what all the internet experts say on this forum and others I also used only a TC drop insted of an SYE and have zero drive line vibrations as well. Some jeeps must have this issue as I see a bunch of people looking to fix it but mine does not. Experts also said I would have to cut my fenders. In reality not so much. She may not be as heavy duty as some rigs but I dont need her to be. Destroyed more than rig going places I should not have been and do not intend to do that with this one. Of course I have said that about every other rig I have ever owned as well. Sometimes ***** and beer over ride common sense.

Salad was saying at that height you don't need a drop pitman arm. A TC drop can be used to stop vibes but at a cost. Loss of ground clearance but also changing the angle of the already old motor mounts. That's what we tell people, the truth. And of course you don't need to cut fenders. Proper bumpstopping can do all sorts of wonderful things. Mot sure what experts you referring too but maybe you should look for new ones.

Oh, and the shackle angle comment wasn't for you. That's for someone with an RC lift and their short leafs. Zone actually has a quality set of leafs.

Im referring to the many threads on here in which folks talk about you arent going to fit 32s without cutting or useing large offsets. I used factory wheels with no scrubbing. They hit the control arms at first but it took very little bump stopping to keep it from hitting. I will probably be swapping to some wheels with a little offset in order keep turning radius as tight as possible.

Im not saying yall dont know what your talking about because Im sure you know more than I when it comes to XJs but I am saying that from what I have seen and experienced there doesnt seem to be a cut and dry one size fits all answer to the cutting and scrubbing question. Some folks say you have to and some folks say no when the real answer is you wont know till you put some tires on it and find out.

I pretty new to the XJ game and when I was shopping for the lift kit the guy at the 4x4 shop steered me away from RC. He said they were made over seas probably by child labor and had seen several customers unhappy with the ride and build quality of them. Yalls responses to my post were a little confusing. Sounded like yall were saying there was no way I was not having an issue when in fact I have not at least not yet so my bad if I misunderstood what you were saying.

Thus far I have been very pleased with the ride quality of the zone. I had crap tires on the jeep when i bought it so the factory ride may not be a good measurement to go by but with the lift and bighorns the ride quality is real nice in comparison on road and performance off road has been acceptable thus far. The biggest surprise for me is how quiet the bighorns are on pavement. Thus far they have zero roaring. Hopefully that doesnt change to much as they wear.
