Does treadwright retread their tires so that each type of tire has the same tread depth as it is when bought new. Reason I ask is because I saw that bf goodrich a/t 31" tires on the website have a tread depth of 19/32" which doesn't seem as deep as a new one. And mt guard was like 17/32" .......

You got that mixed up, the warden a/t's (the bfg a/t looking ones) are 17/32" and the guards are 19/32". And yes they are the same tread depth, the new bgf's are acutally 16/32" so the retreads have a little bit more tread.

I have a 3" lift, coils up front and It had blocks in the rear. The stock leafs were starting to invert so I made a few calls and picked up some Pro Comp 2.5" rear leaf springs. Besides using my sawzall to get the old leafs out, it was a huge pain in the ***!!. But anyways, I put the new leafs on and DAMN does it sit high in the rear. At full flex my shocks barely reach. I understand that the leafs need to settle, but i mean, how much could these things drop rest at?

My other question is, what would be the cheapest way to go up another 1.5"? I'd like to do 4.5 inches of lift, would shackles and spacers be a good enough way? Also what else would i need to do to the drivetrain and suspension parts? Possibly extended brake lines too?

Thanks guys, i appreciate it.
Yes shackles and spacers are fine, though you will need an adjustable track bar, my friend found this out the hard way after adding 2" spacers in the front and we started to wonder why the drivers side tire stuck out 4", this was the first time lifting anything, he was at 5.5" in front and at the limit of his front brake lines so its best to get those out of the way too.

Those are 235/75/15. They were on the truck when I bought it. They stand about 28".
