recently purchased a lift kit that includes longer brake lines. would I be able to install the longer break lines now while the jeep is still stock to help save on time when the jeep gets lifted a few weeks later. am I going to be pinching anything or rubbing anything wrong or should I be ok with putting the brake lines on and save having to put them on in the future and bleed the brakes
I have a real quick question. I can get these wheels for $80 would I have enough back spacing and wheel width to fit a 33/12.50r15 tire without running issue? Does anybody run these stock TJ wheels?

Just noticed one of my leafs is straying from the pack. Re-torqued the u-bolts and all is good. Is this something I should be worried about, or just a result of flexing?

Steel. "Rubbing" can be different things. They'll fit mostly but the backspacing isn't the issue, it's the tire diameter. It'll depend on your control arms and some material inside the wheel well.
