I honestly have no idea which size I would rather go with.. If one is clearly *better* then obviously but if not idk.. Thanks guys
go with something other than rough country, and stay as low as you can.

Really? I've always really enjoyed rc lifts.. I know they arent the best but I never thought they were that bad with the new equipment.. There's no real benefit to lifting higher?

less stable the higher you go, more wind drag the higher you go, they higher you go the more components you have to replace and worry about, harder to get in and out. My rc lift sucks and rides like crap I can't wait to ditch it. Just waiting on money and time.

Ive also heard a lot of bad news about RC customer service. I have 5in lift and i still need a few thousand to make the lift useful. I catch a LOT of wind from the sides. I wouldnt go any higher than 5ish.

Heres the photo again guys lol

I feel like I shouldn't even bother with RC anymore after reading more on this... I'm now looking at a RE kit that's a lot more expensive but I assume 100x better then the RC..

This is the RE Kit

Feedback would amazing! Thanks guys.

Or I could drop down to the shockless kit and add bilstein 5100s for $50 more.. Probably a better idea no?

I've never ran the RE shocks, but I swear by Bilstein 5100's. I'm running them with RE 4.5", 3.5" leafs and 1" RE shackles and love them. They are slightly stiff but they give a lifted rig a sport car feel. Personally I'd spend the extra $50.

Yeah man the shockless with 5100s would be around 1300 ish.. That's not to bad of a price depending on how long the re kit would hold up for

I've heard good about zone lifts and they're cheaper but I don't have any personal experience. Re is a really good brand though and definitely a lot better than rc.

Yeah I've also heard a lot of good about zone.. Honestly the only reason I wanted to go with the rc 4.5 Vs zone was for the x series with the adj arms and what not.. The little goodies were nice.. Zone isn't bad price wise at all

are you looking at short arm or long arm lifts? Long arm lifts ride and flex better.

well long arms give a lot better street ride, not just offroad benefits.
