I've been looking at something like this http://www.quadratec.com/products/76090_800.htm because it looks like it is everything and not just spacers. Since I have to redo the suspension anyways I figured a little bit of lift never hurt anyone. I have about a year and a half to get everything in order and fixed up, so plenty of time for things to go wrong and then get fixed. Thanks for replying!
Food for thought, if you plan on going higher just do it to begin with. It may involve a little more work/parts but you won't have to re-purchase certain components to get you higher. MetalCloak has a very nice complete lift that you can get OME leaf springs with if you want. http://www.metalcloak.com/XJ-Cheroke...ion-p/7180.htm This is the ARB edition meaning, OME leaf springs. Reason I mention this kit is it sounds like money isn't too much of an issue since you're already thinking of spending $900 on just coils, leafs, and shocks.
No, I don't lick fish.

You may want to consider an adjustable trac bar, but you shouldn't need LCAs, UCAs, or an SYE with a 2" lift.

I trimmed that whole piece of bumper cap off. The part that runs down with the flare and up under the bottom. Cut the liner to match.

So my step-dad informed me he wasn't very happy with his current car's tires, he has an FJ Cruiser with LT265/75r16 he said I could have if I bought him new tires that were less aggressive.
The question is will these fit on my stock rims, or should I get steel rims for them?(reminder, this Jeep will get field, winter, and camping etc - not much trail use)
best picture I have..
May have answered my own question though: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f67/an...tock-xj-91241/
What about on on stock wrangler MOAB rims? the 17x7s. Found a set of those on CL for $150

No, they must go on 16" rims.
