I don't recommend them. Do three minutes of research and you'll understand why. First, every product page on their website looks like it was written by a five year old boy arguing about whose dad would win in a fight. Second, there are plenty of examples of people buying products from them and never receiving anything. Ever. And third, when their stuff breaks, it seems more likely to have your calls ignored than to get a warranty replacement.

I appreciate the input. It looks like the best option is to go with a 2" - 3.5" lift.

This is what I'm looking at so far. I'm not 100% committed yet. If I start buying these parts it means that a new motor will have to wait a few more months.

If I go this route it is going to cost at least $2000 for everything. Another option here is to get the metalcloak kit with the bilstein shocks. Does anyone know if the metalcloak kit comes with OME leaf springs?

OME CS033RA 2.5"-4" Medium Duty Leaf Springs - $270.
Bilstein 5100 3.5" - 4" Shocks - $330
MetalCloak 3.5" Front True Dual Rate™ Coils - $189.
Total W/O control arms / slip yoke / track bar / bump stops & other jazz: $789

I don't know offhand, but the Metalcloak guys are outstanding. I'd send an email or give them a call, and they'll answer all your questions. I've bought from them, and I've met them at shows, and I can honestly say they're my favorite manufacturer because they truly care.

Hell, Matson called me when I ordered fenders for my Wrangler a couple years ago. He made sure I was buying exactly what I wanted, ensured I ordered everything I needed, and he called back a couple weeks later to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I don't know if they're still quite that personal since the company has grown, but they're a great group of guys.

There are two different OME leaf springs for the XJ. CS033RA & CS033RB. The "A's" gives around 4.5" of lift. You can remove the center leaf from the pack and it'll give you around 3.5" (this is my leaf setup). The same goes for the "B's" but they are around 3.5" or 2.5" with the center leaf removed.

Just a heads up, while Bilstein makes an excellent quality product, the valving they use is a little firm when paired with our coils.

Default Rusty's 3 inch normal VS advanced lift

Sold on Rusty's based on community feedback...now I just need to figure out if I would be better off with their normal 3 inch leaf pack lift, or their advanced 3 inch lift which includes fixed control arms and an adjustable front track bar.

Here is the normal:
http://www.rustysoffroad.com/jeep-su...-pack-kit.html

Here is the advanced:
http://www.rustysoffroad.com/jeep-su...anced-kit.html

BTW, would I need anything else or do these lifts include everything I need for the install?

Thanks
XJM

I would get the advanced but add in the adjustable control arms just to dial everything in and also give flexibility. I'm not a fan of fixed control arms haha

So the consensus says...adjustable!! Interesting. Well, I won't be doing an insane amount of wheeling to be honest, mainly daily driving and the occasional weekend outing. I guess it's nice to have flexibility though
