Those are the only Rancho leafs I've come across.
They don't come with bushings.

Did you replace the front springs as well?
You're supposed to be atleast 2" higher than the picture.
The lower control arm should be parallel with the ground.
The rear should be around 3/4" higher than the front.

Ok so what I'm seeing here is that it is going to be cheaper to do a 3inch lift. Or stop hauling stuff in the Jeep. lol. So if i am able to talk the wife into a 3inch lift any recommendations and will i have to extend brake lines and such?

The Rustys 3" full leaf/coil, shock, hardware pkg. $479 is a good buy all else you will need is an adj. track bar to go with it. I ran the exact kit for over a yr. just this this way and only moving the brake line mounts. I upgraded a yr. later using the same leafs/coils to increase to 4 1/2" of lift then had to add many other items at that time, that was over 5 yrs. ago now since the install of the Rustys kit.

How much lift minimum do you think you need to run 35's with your Bushwackers? I'm at 3.5" with the bushwacker cutouts on 31's. I want to go 35's, but don't want to lift much more.

With new leaf springs I can't see how he's rubbing. I'm running the same tires on stock suspension and have never bottomed out. Just 2wks ago with hunting gear for two of us,3 milk crates full of "just in case gear",spare tire, and a 7pt buck I had no rubbing issues coming out on 5mi of forest service road. My point here is I guess I'm going to have to be careful when choosing the brand of OEM type replacement leaf springs for sure.

Theres plenty of people running 3.5-4.5 inches of lift and 35's, but you'll need to bumpstop to limit up travel.

Do your rims have less backspacing than factory? Are your factory bumpstops even still there? My bumpstops completely fell apart. Adding a little bumpstop is easy and can keep you from rubbing.

Could very well be a b/s issue. His look further out than mine on stock rims.

Shocks have nothing to do with rubbing. The two items I mentioned are the only factors in running. Bumpstops and backspacing. The factory rims tuck the tire in the wheel well so they don't rub on the fenders and the bumpstops stop the tires from coming further into the wheel well. One of the two is causing the rubbing or a combination of the two.
