Even with stock tires they touch the control arms, they will fit fine as long as his rear springs aren't saggy

I got some 33x12.50r15 that I want to trade for some 31x10.50r15 doesn't matter what brand just need at least half tread as my 33s have about half tread on them I have all four no rims. Pm me if u got what I'm looking for. Thanks, Maxwell

Default what else will i need?

im trying to find out all the essential parts i will need to get once i put on the 3" spacers and shackles on top of my 3" lift i already have. obviously my goal is 6" of lift i got the spacers and shackles from a buddy for free so i figured y not put them on, but i wanna make sure i have all the needed extended parts as well. i know i will need new shocks and extended brake lines but thats all i really know ill need right away. will i need things like control arms/reloactor brackets, is a sye and new driveshaft absolutley needed right away. basically aside from what i THINK ill need just looking for someone to tell me what i will need to get up and runnin within a reasonable price.

do you have an adjustable trac bar that can go to 6"
you'll also need longer lower control arms fixed or adjustable, my friend rode 5.5" for a while on stock length LCAs then added drop brackets and he loves his ride now, also consider longer brake lines if you don't have them already

So basically the trac bar, control arms, and brake lines and will it be livable just to and from work and some mild to moderate wheelin? Will I NEED to do a tc drop and or sye and shaft right away..I plan on getting them eventually but it would be a couple months after I got the lift and other things installed need time to re-coupe some money. I kno ill be gettin the front cv drive shaft from pull a part my buddy recently got on with u-joints for $15 so basically ill really just need to save up for the sye.. but none the less that's the big question will I do more harm then good not installing an sye right away??

I have a 2" lift so I'm hoping I shouldn't have any problems with that. I just don't wanna spend more money to get rims if I don't have to.

Hey all, I have a question for anyone with experience with leaf springs. I recently just changed my rims and tires out to black rock 8's and bf goodrich 235 75 15 tko's. I also changed the shocks out to monroe's. The factory rims I had on there with Michelin ltx ms same size tire didn't rub in the rear, but the new setup with the more aggressive tread does. I am thinking that I need new leaf springs. Is it possible to put a set of old man emu 2 inch rear leafs on there with the stock size shocks from Monroe? I priced out the lift kit and after buying new rims shocks,and tires just can't afford a lift kit. I am looking for a cheap and efficient way to fix this problem. I really think all I need is an inch or two in the rear to stop the rubbing. Any input is appreciated. By the way the rear tires do not rub all the time just when I hit a big bump in the road and the rubbing lasts a split second or so, but it is tearing up my new tires!!!

You could do the OME springs, but stock shocks will limit your travel. The rear lift will be about 3 inches until it settles, but if you are looking to get the most out of your springs, I would suggest shock extensions. They are under 50 bucks(or you could make your own). The better cheaper way would be a lift shackle(50bucks a pair), or an MJ shackle will net you 1.75lift. Good luck

If you leafs are in reasonable condition i`d have a look at a 2 in budget lift and some shock extenders......Not sure if you can get extenders for the front but have seen em for the rear.....

I want to run 32's on my xj this summer when I get the money, I was looking at a 4.5" RE superflex kit with full leaf packs. I know I need a new driveline and an sye is there any possibility I could get the 3.5" RE superflex kit w/ full leaf packs and run 32's without getting the sye?

You can get both, front and rear shock extender's at Detours http://detoursusa.com/xjstm.php Marks a nice guy and easy to work with.

yes you only need an SYE in ABOVE a 4 inch lift
