I just got a set yesterday delivered, and that is correct 16.25 from center to center of the eyes.

How hard is it going to be to take off my old shocks and leaf springs that have never been cracked looses since it was made in 93. Plan on adding a 3in lift.

Plan to break most if not all of the upper shock bolts in the rear and you may have to deal with seized bolts for the leafs

Just be ready with extra bolts and nuts, best prep is just soak it in pb a couple times a day for a few days

So i have a 96 bone stock xj and im putting in shackles and coil spacers. The box said i can put up to 30" tires under it. Does that mean 30" with hardly any clearence up to the fender wells? Im not interested in cutting the fenders out because its going to be my daily driver back and fourth to school with soem ocasional weekend backroad trips. And my second question is would it look really stupid if i used stock tires (215)

Nah 30s will prob be cool. People run 31s on 2" lifts with minimal trimming. Look for some pictures here on the forum and see what you think.

You can fit 30x9.5" tires in stock form.

When I did my lift I sprayed PB Blaster every couple days a month out. Two weeks out I did it everyday and the last five days I did it twice a day. We used air tools and didn't break a thing.

I did the same with the pb! I took my time and cracked them all loose by hand. I also broke zero bolts!

Default 2" lift ???

I have tried search and have no luck. How much does a 2" lift effect alignment/handling? I will align but just curious if you all notice the diferrence when lifted but not aligned yet. How much will the steering wheel be turned when the wheels are straight?
