I'll look at it in the morning and see if the cap is it, of it I can get a better look at the issue. Thanks for the help wiggles.

Commercial vehicles are regulated by federal laws, not state. Federally, you can't run recaps on the steers of any commercial vehicle. Virginia does not allow recaps on the steers of POVs.

33x12.5 on 15x8 never had a problem and they look good
