The truck only cost me $650. I have already dropped the T-case to take care some terrible vibration, and some new rancho shocks up front when i put in the springs.
A new lift kit is not money I want to spend on it. I would just rather know what would be best to make it drive better.
Also rear sway bar is missing.

well then I would take the front coil springs back out and measure the rear from the middle of the center cap of the wheel to the bottom of the fender flare. stock is 17, anything over that is your lift. I would figure that out and then lift the front based on that. whatever springs you put in there are way way too much as i can see from the pic. get your rear height and you can do a cheap JY combo and possible spacers to get it even.
measure and let us know. also give us any and all specs you got for parts on that thing, where they came from and all that so we can help you figure things out.

All I have bought so far are the RS5239 shocks for a 0-3 inch lift. Everything else came with the truck. The springs that the truck was driving on when I got it were loaded with rubber blocks.
The rear fenders were smashed with a hammer by the previous owner, but I will measure it and see what I find out.

i shoulda checked your pic again, yeah measuring to the fender wont work. since you still have the stock rear bumper get on level ground and measure to the bottom of the bumper, i can compare with mine and get you some kind of number of how high you are lifted. then you can reconfigure the front.
if there isnt already i am going to say you need longer control arms, an adjustable track bar, longer sway bar links, maybe some brake line extension brackets. then once you get the front taken care of, a proper alignment.

Does anyone have these RC quick disconnects and are they any good? They are adjustable for 4-6" of lift. Here is the link:

I have them. No complaints so far. I'm not sure if there's a specific length to adjust it to for each height. The instructions give you a set height of 11 3/4" I think. Make sure you receive all hardware. Had to have them send me a new hardware bag because some bolts were missing
I saw some ones on ebay for a YJ front sway but not sure if they will work on an XJ. They look pretty decent. Someone let me know if these work for an XJ. Here is the link:

Have you guys tried making your own quick dissconnects? Ill have to go back and look at mine to see exactly what parts, but my dad and I made some out of simple parts from the hardware store.

Ive decided to run my 3.5 rubicon express lift and not go to a long arm. What do i need to do to run 33 10 50. I removed my flairs and im in the process of trimming then rolling my front fenders. If anyone has any input on this it would be awsome. I want to run 33's.
