i have a 3 inch grand wagoneer lift that i got for a project i was planning, butits not gonna happen now. so instead of trying to sell it and make part of my money back, i was wondering if i could use most of the stuff on my xj. i figure i can use the shocks, brake lines, lift blocks, u bolts, steering conversion. but i was wondering if i could use the front lift springs from the kit as lift springs for the rear.

Forgive me, but those aren't quick disconnects. In fact they're probably harder to get off and to keep tight than just leaving the stock nuts on there and carrying a wrench to the trail...
Here's the build I plan on using for mine:

Um..... no trackbar in the rear.
At 2 you don't need to do anything really.
Remove the rear sway bar in the back is about it. You won't have to do anything with your track bar.

Ok. I was told I would need a new trac bar up front. They run about $200 so I'm happy to hear i don't need it haha

Yes he does - look at his info. He has a Grand Cherokee, which is coil sprung in the rear. He most certainly has/needs a trackbar and swaywar in the rear.
