Just installed a 2 inch add-a-leaf kit on my 2000 xj. had it aligned and everything checked out good. going down the road i can feel a vibration at around 25 to 35 mph and not really sure what is going on just yet. my main concern is if the pinion angle is off. if it is just u-joints thats simple, but if pinion angle is off how do you shim it? spacer under the front of the u-bolts? any input is appreciated.

sounds like u need a t-case drop or put some 4 or 6 degree shims... thats if your only doing a 2" lift

How did any of you guys remove the trackbar bolt..

Ive become so frustrated... .The frustration is making me stupid. I even tried ripping it out.. I hooked a pair of vice grips, threw a chain around the vise grips and hooked the other end to my ATV...The ATV wouldnt go anywhere. IM LOSING MY MIND HERE.

Heat and/or PB Blaster? I haven't removed mine, but it seems to work miracles.

When I took mine off a tie rod end removal tool (looks like a two tine fork) saved me a ton of time that and a bfh not too mention a lot of anger and brute force

I believe its called a picklefork. I think you can rent it from most auto parts places, or just buy one from harbor freight.

what is the most "capable" combination of lift and tire size? like whats the perfect combination of lift and flexability without it being dangerous for being a DD

I removed my track bar bolt today with an impact, when it stopped coming out further I held a wrench behind the head then hit it with the impact again pulling it out.

well, it works online, but if your local store has the hitch in stock (which i doubt they will) you can opt for pick up. when you are on the item just click the check availability and it has you put your zip code in. if not you will have to have it shipped, i got mine in 2 days. Ill get a pic tomorrow and throw it up on here.

I know off topic, but throwing a couple pics of my hitch in for huntsman...

NEW HITCH

OLD HITCH

Notice how far down this one is, you can see the whole hitch for the most part.
