Control arm and others
I just bought a RC 4.5" kit and after installing the rear spring kit I found out that there was more i needed to buy like an extended brake line (wasn't informed of this when i ask Xtremeterrain if I needed any thing else with the kit) so I had to take it off and put the POS factory stuff back on. My question is would it be wise to leave some stuff off until i get what I need to put the whole kit on? I am wanting to put the control arm drop kit and new arms on, plus the pitman arm drop down kit and the i think its a track bar relocator. I also want to know if i should wait on new tierods and drag link?

You should have gotten the brake line relocating brackets with the 4.5 kit. Unless xtreme terrain takes parts out or makes up their own kits. The 4.5 kit comes with brake line brackets or stainless lines. I think they actually come with lines now. Id call and check in if you got neither.

it came with a drop kit for the rear but when i went to put it on the line was too short for the relocator. do i need to move the mounting bracket also?

bigger lift shocks than lift coils
just wondering if any one could help me out.
is it possible to run 4 inch lift coils with 6 inch bilstein shock absorbers. im pretty sure it will work because bilstein do sell shocks as 4-6 inch lift shocks.
also what absolute necesities will i need to do to my jeep running a 4.5 inch lift and 33 inch tires. i dont care about firm ride of slow pickup or anythng. im talking like if u dont do it something will brake. only thing i could thing is extended brake lines and maybe somthing with the sye? not positive on what that is.
im only 16 just getting into the jeeping game and need some help. thanks guys.

2. Slip yoke eliminator possibly.
3. Brake line relocation or SS lines
4. Front adjustable track-bar
5. Upper and lower control arms upfront
6. Maybe rear axle shims if you don't do SYE

what is the most "capable" combination of lift and tire size? like whats the perfect combination of lift and flexability without it being dangerous for being a DD

4.5' with 33" If I'm not mistaken. Anything taller and you'll have to dish out extra cash to make it somewhat comfortable to drive every day on top of extra danger flipping it and other crap. 4.5" on 33's should handle great off-road and not too terribly on the street

well supposed to unhook your links and flex one side, get to the point of tire rub and measure from the bottom of your spring perch to the existing bump stop.
either get longer bump stops or get some hockey pucks, you can search that method on here. cheap and easy.
i dont have a good spot to flex, and i am going on my first wheeling trip this weekend, I am lifted about 4 inches. im going to put in 3 inches of extra bump stop and adjust on the trails as necessary.
