want to go bigger
Hello All, I seem to have the itch to go bigger. I recently installed my a 3" RC lift kit with 31 BFG's. But I want to go an inch or inch and a half bigger. I am thinking 1.5 inch front spacers and rear shackles. What else would I need to complete this lift? My Xj is a 92 Manual 2WD. thanks!

Got them! like them, ran them underinflated and thus wore them a tad early but they are quiet and work very well in winter here in MI. I'd get them again, or the New wrangler that Wallyworld has.

You talking bout those quiet tread Mud or All Terrains? I originally wanted them when I got my Falken's, but wasn't planning on getting tires just yet and didn't have much cash...

I personally am not a huge fan of the Toyo A/Ts. The ones I ahd wore quickly and didnt do as well as other A/T tires I have had. Bridgestone REVO's FTW! I have also had great success with Dayton Timberline A/T's, get em siped And they will handle pretty much anything. They handled better in the snow than any BFG I have had and they lasted longer.

QUESTION!!
Alright so you guys all know i got my RE 3.5" lift on the way, and im broke as hell, and i need some 31s. now im prolly gonna be driving a lot more highway, so i would prefer some A/Ts, but I want tires with my lift. Also, i gotta deal with a LOT of snow.

if i worked him down to like $375 or $350 would those be worth it?

alright, looking for some recommendations as for what shocks are good to run with the 2" spacer lifts?
Most shocks I see for the XJ's are either for stock height, or for 3 or 4"+ lifts, which I'm unsure if they would be too long...
Anyone else here with just the small 2-2.5" lifts, let me know what shocks you're running and if you like them or not.
Not looking to spend a fortune, just looking at my options.
Thanks!
