1. There are a lot of factors that can affect this. 2. Fast enough.

without proper backspacing you could end up rubbing the inside of your tires on your leafs or fender well, are you running stock rims aftermarket?

im running aftermarket wheels im not worried about rubbing just concerned if the difference in width (running 33x13.5 in the rear and 33x12.5 in the front) would cause any drive train damage

you should be ok, what you don't want to do is run different height tires and engage 4wd, talked with a guy who did it once said he didn't even get a mile before things fell apart.

Yes. Width does not matter. You can run 33x9.50s front and 33x14.50s rear if you wanted to.

This has been answered already, but wanted to add personal witness. My cousin ran something like 14-15 wide in the back and 10-12 wide in the front. He had no issues and loved it until he found a set of matched tires. I have been considering doing this myself as well, though I have about three sets of tires to burn off before then.

(note: he was running a highly modified toyota, which doesnt change handling so much, but he has a lot more clearance for wide wheels. Didnt want someone thinking that superwide tires will fit in the rear wheelwells of a cherokee without a LOT of work.)

Passenger side I used my winch to pull it forward (not the best idea I have come up with but it worked) and hooked a ratchet between the rear axle and the front axle and pulled the drivers side back to line up the axle for the lower control arms.

I installed an RE 1600 adjustable track bar now so everything is in line. Great investment I think.
