I am currently at 4.5 inches and i want to go to 6.5 with long arms and 33's in the summer but i'm trying to research a little now. What's the best way to get from 4.5 to 6.5 in? Spacers in the front or all coil? And for the rear I'll have to get new springs since i have a 3 in aal w/ 1.5 in shackles. If i go with a 4.5 in spring with 1.5 in shackles and a shackle relocation will i be sitting at 6.5? Also what are some brands to look at for springs (front and rear)? I have decided on rc or iro long arms (since i'm on a budget), pros and cons?

Go all coil in the front. For the rear go with 4.5" full packs and shackle relocation brackets. Maybe a longer shackle if needed. And for long arms you should look at serious offroad. Great price and they look bomb proof. Don't forget that with the extra height you will need to upgrade other things like steering and such. As far as brands go, rubicon express has awesome spring rates and their 5.5" coils will probably sit about 6.5" or so
And dang, serious offroad la's do look beefy.. I'll have to think about that. Is there anyone on here who has them or has done a writeup on them? I'd like to read more (not just marketing bs on the serious site)

btw any particular reason you're going to 6.5"? You can put long arms and 33s on 4.5" easily

I love the stance of a 6.5in la lift with 33 13.50s. I almost bought one with that setup before i got my current one. And i dont really want to cut right now since it's still the dd. I may go 4.5 in springs in front and rear and use spacers/shackles to get it up to 6.5 that way when i dd my stang again ill drop it back down
