Don't mean to jump in on anybody's convo, but i have a problem. I just got a 1992 Cherokee with about 8 inches of lift, the rear springs are sagging. It has terra flex shackles and is now spring over axle. The front has 6" lift spring and 2 inch spacers. I need to know what size rear spring pack to buy. Anyone have any ideas?????

The Cherokees are all sprung over the axle, Comanches are under. If you can get an even 8" set of leaves I'd do that, or replace with a set of 6.5+shackles. The weight will break in the back to about 8".

X2. But I would go with a 6.5 pack + shackle combo

Depends on fabing ability right? Not something I'm capable of. A 8.25 or 44 are straight bolt in (but sometimes hard to find) and much stronger than the 35.

Ok I dont know too much about axles but what do I want in front/back when I swap the axles? D44 for both front and rear? Please dont give me crap about this question haha I just need to know what I should look for. I want a direct bolt, or pretty close. I have a 99 sport 2WD (being converted into 4WD) so I need a new front axle regardless haha

Does anyone out their know what problems having the front axle off center will cause me. I have a adjustable track bar but I just added coil spacers and I don't think I have enough adjustment to compensate. Looks to be about 2 to 3 in off. I have a 5.5" long arm kit and I put 2 1/2 in spacers in to level it out. Thanx for any info.

If I get a RC 3inch Leaf pack lift. Then decided to get shackles and pucks to add more lift later later...do I have to get extensions for anything?

The only direct bolt ins for the d44 are an xj d44 rear and a TJ rubicon 44 for the front

OK thanks for responding... Will I have to change the gearing in them to run 33's?

Well, odds are the xj44 will have 3.55 and tj44 will have 4.10. You could probably get away just regearing the rear to 4.10's
