Was just looking into the biggest tires I could get on a stock zj rim and suspension? Without rub... I've noticed lots of people trimming the front bumper is most common place to hit
I was thinking 31x10.50

235/75R15s - MAYBE 30x9.5s if you adjust the steering stops

So I have a set of JK shocks that I'm putting on my ZJ. I have already ordered a set of IRO bar pin eliminating brackets for the front. But for the rear JK shocks have the same flat style on them. Do I just have to use the BPE offered from IRO(only thing is it doesn't say it's for ZJ rear) or is there a way to remove the flat part an just have the eyelid, cause that would bolt directly up. The picture is of the part I need to get out....

I just got new duratracs. quick question: I hit a patch of ice and my tires started spinning and once they hit pavement again the back tires squealed just a bit. I think im just being paranoid, but does this wear the tire a lot?

Hey guys I'm about to put a 4.5" lift on my xj and if I end up needing an sye, what would you recommend? IRO has a hack and tap with a drive shaft for $200. Any help would be great

you probably will need a SYE with a 97 at that height. I would go with an HD sye, not a hack-and-tap, much stronger and no guess work. You can use an XJ front driveshaft in the rear with a SYE as well to save some dough.

As a user, my SYE performs as well as any other SYE.
