My lift is pieced together with parts from all different brands. Imo that's the best way to go. You can get what suits you the best. Also I ran an AAL and blocks before, never again will I do that lol. The AAL sagged after about a month and rode like a dump truck and the blocks made my leafs worse and gave me terrible axle wrap

If you have it bumpstopped like crazy but then whats the point of having a lift that has no up travel. Stock wheels tuck up into the wheel well like they should but anything else will take off take off the fender flares. For the OP just call up Dirk up at DPG Offroad and he'll tell you the same thing. Unless you want to trim then stick with stock wheels.
Last year I ran 34" tsls with no lift. I had stock bumpstops in the back and only had minor rubbing on the smooth part of the wheel well if I stuffed the tire and leaned the jeep over hard. A few taps with a 1lb hammer solved that, and youd never know I did much to it. In the front I added a hocky puck on each side and pushed the floorboard up a bit and had no issues.
As far as fenders and flairs, I did cut and roll the metal, but Im not sure I had to. The only point they rubbed was on each end in the back, and a little nip with the cutoff wheel took care of it.
I added a 3.5" lift and will be adding 1" spacers to the stock bump stops. Proper bumpstopping actually aids in articulation for two reasons: it keeps the rubber from jamming up and binding somewhere it shouldnt touch, obviously, so you dont have to worry about it when flexing, but the hidden bennifit is that the bumpstop can act like a fulcrum, pushing the far tire down just a smidge. A smidge may be all it takes to decide if you make it over an obsticle or up a hill.
Ill admit that I am keeping an eye out for new adjustable bumpstops, as the rear stock stops are weak and cant take any lateral orce once they get a little rusty. Out of three jeeps (six bumpstops) I only have one bumpstop that looks sound enough to last the season. One I have attempted to glue back together, but Im not holding my breath. Anyone know of front and rear bumpstops that dont cost a fortune? Id like to spend no more than $100 for all four.

Exactly. Stock wheel backspacing is best if you don't want to trim on a 3 inch lift and I believe that's what the OP was asking. I wouldn't tell someone to get 3.75 or 4 inch BS when the guy doesn't want to trim. That's just setting him up for failure cause you WILL rub. We should take a poll....haha.
