8" of lifts is nuts. Im only on 4.5" and running 35's

Bc if you get a rediculously large lift your gonna need big tires at 8 " amd cut fenders like u want ull be running like 40s then with that youll need bigger axles and then youll need it to be regeared and then your gonna have a DD and weekend warrior with 40s that geta a whole 7 mog highway

Lol I kno I always told my friends I want 45s on my xj but that's to much but I was lookin at lifts and a 6.5 is 1500 but a 8" is 2 grand

While that is your dd i wouldnt go over 4.5, that is plenty for 35s which youll still need regearing amd bigger axles

You could try finding a "Spring Shop" in your area that can re-arch leaf springs. Or google Cherokee 3 inch leaf springs...might help...hope so

Actually the 44 has only slightly thicker Axel shafts than the 8.25

They are basically the same strength

The 8 is cheaper because the 6.5 is most practical and popular
