Hey guys, my xj has a 2 inch suspension lift right now. How big can I go with tires without rubbing too much?

I have 30's now. I talked to a local tire shop and they said I could go up to 33's but I don't think that's accurate lol

Well i know that but idk how a stock WJ setup is... Do you have a sleeve with two bolts on it on the drag link? If so, just loosen the bolts and turn the sleeve until your steering wheel is straight.

You can fit 33's but you would have to do some major trimming and you'd have no room to stuff em. Im on 4.5" and 33's and would still scrub if i didn't trim alot and bumpstop like crazy.

Wouldn't a 5 speed with the 4 banger and an 8.25 have 4.10's?

Nope. Only the 4 bangers with d44 rears were available with 4.10's. Lowest gearing available from the factory with the 8.25 axle was 3.73's.

Surely these aren't 3 and 1/2" lift shackles are they? The ones on left are stock.
