At 4", you need:
Coil springs (front x2)
Leaf springs (rear x2)
Shocks (x4)
Adjustable track bar (x1, I personally recommend the IROR Double Shear)
Brake lines, extended (x4)
Sway bar links/Quick disconnects (front x2)
Slip Yoke Eliminator (x1)
Wheels/Tires (x5ea)

Anything I'm missing?

Depending on where you are from (what state) there may be a thread on this forum for your state. I know the guys here from Ohio have started a thread. You might even be able to get some local used parts or help with your build. I'm new to this forum too. I know budget builds are tough and four inches is a lot of work and money for a Cherokee. You may want to reconsider and keep it at 3" or less. There are quite a few less high dollar parts needed if you keep it at 3" or less. Good luck!

Don't worry about it, man. We all start somewhere. It's best if you can research and learn on your own, and then ask educated questions, but you seem to be in a rush for information. Most of us don't judge too harshly.

Just a heads up, you are looking of upwards of $600 and that's on the very cheap side. Probably around $700-1500, depending on your route and that does not include tires. Not sure if that is in your budget.

My bad Didn't do lines on my 3" lift cause I was in a rush to get the lift on before I went home on leave. Didn't have a chance to make it offroad capable cause I rolled it.
