I remember someone said going a little under perfect was a good idea. That way when you accelerate the pinion is in a better position.

I might order a set of these

Black Rock Series 909 Type D Tungsten with Black Center Alloy Wheels 15x8
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/br...0540/overview/

my question is, would 33X12.50R15 tires be a good fit? or should i order 15x10?

Those will work, or you can get 10s it's personal preference. I like the look of 12.5 inch wide tires on 8 inch wide wheels.

As do i. If your not gonna drop psi below 5 you won't have to worry. They look so much better on 8" wide rims.

Will most places mount a 12.5 to and 8 inch wide rim?

Walmart probably won't, but most reasonable places will.

Some places will be a pain about it. Mom and Pops places will. Some big chain places have policies about it.

Dumb.

I just had Discount Tire do a 35x12.5x15 on a 15x8 rim and they didn't say a word. Just dropped off the rims and picked em up a few hours later.

Default brake lines

is there a rule of thumb for extending brake lines. I was looking at a 2" or a 3" lift and was trying to figure out if I was going to have to extend my lines.

At 3, you should be able to relocate the fronts, and I think the rears are okay. Wait for confirmation on that.

It's really simple. If you do a Google search for "xj Cherokee relocate brake lines" you'll probably get several sources with pictures.
