Why don't you check to see if it has 4.10 gears in it?

Rotate the wheel one complete turn and count the driveshaft rotations.

Or pull the cover and count the teeth.

Try www.dpgoffroad.com I know they have a hybrid OME 3.5" kit. I think it uses rear leaf from a different kit and front coils with a spacer. Don't quote me on that but it is a 3.5" complete lift system.

Thanks for the advice. Rotated the rear wheels and got 2 full rotations from the drive shaft with one full rotation of the tires. How many should I have had?

From what i read I should have rotated the wheel twice....but either way it comes out to 4...which is close.

I counted full rotations of the driveshaft per full rotation of the tire. But read that with open diffs you need to count per 2 rotations due to the diff allowing the spinning tire to spin twice as fast as the tire that isnt.

But it still doesn't explain the tach being that far off....it should be pretty close right?

speedo gear is a different thing entirely. What I would do is raise the jeep, mark the driveshaft and a tire, crawl under, rotate the driveshaft however many times to make the tire turn once, count the turns. No 2x no times blah blah.

I did that already, the driveshaft turned 2 times to get the tire to turn once.

Hrrrm you had both wheels off the ground? Which one did you have your hands on, the tire or the driveshaft?

It kind of depends on whether you have stock or aftermarket wheels, and if your looking to trim your fenders or not...assuming you have or will get aftermarket wheels 32's or 33x10.5's should fit farely well without trimming, and u can get 35's stuffed under it with trimmed fenders...also when going bigger than 33's your going to want to regear, some actually suggest regearing with 33's but it kind of depends on what you jeep is going to be used for.

Also if you plan to go up after 33"s pick your gears, and sleep on it
